  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound each)

Directions

  1. 1Mix seasonings; sprinkle over tenderloins. Grill, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 145°, 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.

3 ounces cooked pork: 135 calories, 4g fat (1g saturated fat), 64mg cholesterol, 416mg sodium, 1g carbohydrate (0 sugars, 0 fiber), 23g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 3 lean meat.
